Information sent about the services and availability it is only valid at the time it was sent. If you do not book in that time, you must check availability and price again when you are ready to book. (depends on the season and availability, prices may vary)

HOLIDAYS appoitments will be extra $25 fee.

FOR APPOINTMENT IN THE STUDIO NO EXTRA GUEST ARE ALLOWED.

For appointments in the studio: I will be ready to start at the scheduled time, if the client has a delay of 15 min, a fee of $15 will be added to the total service price, if the delay is more than 20 min, the appointment will be canceled and the client have to pay the agreed price of the service. the client must arrive 10 minutes before her scheduled time.

The price will be the same regardless of whether you decide to skip any of the services / steps included (eyelashes, foundation, shadows, etc.)

The deposit is not refundable in ANY case of cancellation. The deposit is not an additional fee,

it's part of the total price of the service.

NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT.

Your deposit cannot be used to pay the balance of another service scheduled for you or another person.

Any modification of your scheduled appointment is subject to availability and will have a fee of $50 added to pending balance. Modifications 24 hours or less before your appointment will not be accepted. In that case you must pay a new deposit for your new appointment if you need to change the time (subject to availability)

A confirmation response is required 24 hours prior your appointment.

covid and health policy

I practice high HYGIENE and SAFETY STANDARD even before the pandemic, and now I've raised the bar to ensure your safety. Kindly note that these include:

- All tools and supplies are double disinfected prior to service.

- 1 set of sanitized brushes for each client.

- Usage of disposable spoolies and applicator. no double dipping.

- MUA and team practice high standard of good hygiene habit and sanitize everything from arrival, during, and post service, specially before and after direct contact with client.

- MUA have a proof of vaccination if the client, hotel or location need to see

Skin Conditions:

Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist (Melina Guillen) from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

In case of having open wounds or a contagious skin condition It is at the discretion of the makeup artist whether or not she can apply makeup. One more time please let me know in advance.

Important!

If you are sick, getting sick, or have had any symptoms in the last five-seven days, reschedule or cancel your appointment, with proper notice. If you appear sick, show signs/symptoms, appointment will be canceled by MUA. Please be considerate.
